Deletes a catalog feature. Only a Draft or archived feature that no active product, entitlement, offer, plan set, add-on or rating campaign refers to can be deleted. Its code is freed within the product family and it stops counting towards the feature allowance; an entitlement that already carries the code keeps its license unchanged.
